We're here to offer a listening ear and be the outlet you need when event planning gets a bit too much.

Idea Brainstorming

You're feeling a little stuck and you're not sure where to start or which idea to go with. Sometimes, all you need is a little back and forth with someone else to gain some clarity. Share your ideas and we'll share ours, and between us, we'll come up with something manageable that you will love.

An Informal Chat

We like to see what we do as having a casual conversation with a friend. Planning an event is a pretty big deal, but by lightening the mood and reducing it from a behemoth task to a chill chat (or vent) with us, it takes away some of the pressure and leaves you feeling more confident in your decisions.

Completely Virtual

Event planning can take a lot of time out of your day and that's why we offer this completely virtual service. You only have to pick up your phone to get the help you want exactly when you need it. We want to hear all about your excitement, achievements and even your frustrations!

Pricing

You can pay as you go or have a regular schedule, it's really up to you.
Our pricing is transparent and fixed, so there won't be any surprises along the way.

There is no commitment. You can book in with us any time you feel you need it.

Chat for an hour

Each session is scheduled for an hour, but if you want to talk for longer, it's only £35 for an additional hour.

You lead the conversation. If all you need is a listening ear, that's ok, we'll give you the space to guide us.

Final Price

That's it. Nothing more to pay for unlimited sessions with us. Even if your event is still months and months away!

Anytime, for however long

No need to keep your eye on the clock, you can talk for as long or as little as you want.

Whichever method

Call, text, WhatsApp, email - all are good with us. Just let us know where and when and we'll be there.

We won't plan but we'll support

The consultancy service allows you to share ideas to help you gain clarity through advice and suggestions from us. We'll use our years of experience to guide you towards what it is you want but can't visualise or vocalise.

Let us know when you need us

Whether pay as you go or unlimited, all communications will need to be booked in advance. It doesn't have to be too far in the future, same day is ok, but just give us a heads up first! Payment will also be required before communications are booked in.

We'll leave the vendor search to you

Our goal is to support you in coming up with ideas and implementing them. We will give you direction to finding appropriate vendors but the freedom is with you. However, if we have someone in mind who we feel can help, we're happy to pass their details along.

We've got your back

Despite our involvement in helping you plan your event, unfortunately, we will not be there on the day to coordinate it for you. We will, however, guide you in putting together a seamless programme for you and your guests.
